Know what is in the glass.
Cocktail strength varies with bottle proof, serving size, dilution, and preparation. A single cocktail may contain more than one standard drink. Measure ingredients carefully and pace yourself.
The quantities and estimates on this site are informational. They do not measure your blood alcohol level or determine whether you are safe to drive or perform any other activity.
Choose safety before the next round.
- Never drink and drive. Arrange a sober ride before drinking.
- Do not serve alcohol to anyone below their legal drinking age.
- Avoid alcohol when pregnant, when advised by a clinician, or when it may interact with medication or a health condition.
- Do not combine alcohol with dangerous activities, machinery, or substances that impair judgment.
- Stop serving someone who appears intoxicated or unwell.
When in doubt, make it zero-proof.
Not drinking is always a valid choice. Our zero-proof recipe stays available without age confirmation.
Get help in an emergency.
If someone is unconscious, cannot be awakened, is breathing slowly or irregularly, is vomiting, or may have alcohol poisoning, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not leave them alone.
